This policy explains the limited information handled by the current Crystal Houzz website and what happens when you follow a product link to Amazon.

Information we collect

This site does not currently offer accounts, a contact form, a custom-quote form, or direct checkout. You do not provide us with a name, email address, shipping address, or payment information on this site.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site-use measurement. It may record the page or route visited, timestamp, referrer, filtered query parameters, general location, device type, operating system, and browser. Measured actions may also include the product identifier and page location for a link you select, or the calendar date used in the Daily Five Elements Guide. We do not send names, email addresses, payment data, birth dates, or free-text answers in these events.

How we use it

Site improvementWe use aggregate page and action data to understand whether the Daily Guide, stone education, and product links are useful. Vercel states that Web Analytics stores anonymized data and does not use cookies.

Amazon checkout

Product buttons marked for Amazon leave Crystal Houzz. Amazon separately handles its own account, order, payment, shipping, returns, and marketplace activity under its own privacy terms. Crystal Houzz does not receive your Amazon password or card details.
