Shipping policy
The marketplace shows shipping before payment.
Current Crystal Houzz products are purchased through Amazon or Etsy. The listing and checkout show the delivery estimate, available destinations, and shipping terms for the selected offer.
Amazon products
Products purchased through Amazon are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled under Amazon's checkout, delivery, and return experience. The shipping estimate shown on Amazon applies to that order.
Etsy products
For an Etsy purchase, use the delivery estimate and shipping details shown on that listing and at Etsy checkout. After purchase, use the Etsy order page for the current tracking and message history.
International delivery
Availability varies by listing and destination. Check the selected marketplace product page and checkout for current ship-to eligibility, duties, taxes, and delivery estimate before ordering.
Independent-site checkout and made-to-order international shipping are not open yet.
