Current catalog orders are completed through Amazon and follow the return eligibility, refund process, and support options shown for that Amazon order.
Amazon orders
If you buy through an Amazon product link, the order is handled by Amazon. Please use Amazon's order page for delivery updates, return requests, refunds, and customer service related to that Amazon purchase.
Start a return or support request
Open the order in Amazon, select the relevant item, and use the available return, refund, replacement, or seller-contact option. Independent-site orders are not open.
