Returns and refunds
Returns follow the checkout where you paid.
Current orders follow the return eligibility, refund process, and support options shown by the marketplace where checkout was completed.
Amazon orders
If you buy through an Amazon product link, the order is handled by Amazon. Please use Amazon's order page for delivery updates, return requests, refunds, and customer service related to that Amazon purchase.
Etsy orders
If you buy through Etsy, open Purchases and Reviews for the applicable return terms, tracking, help request, and message thread connected to that order.
Start a return or support request
Open the order in the marketplace where you paid, select the relevant item, and use the available return, refund, replacement, help-request, or seller-contact option. Independent-site orders are not open.
